Managed the sprint planning across a cell which was consisted of 12 software engineers.
Helped maintain a healthy environment in the cell, prevent burnouts, and prevent spillovers.
Managed the work of other sprint planning managers for 2 different cells.
Provided feedback and coaching on how I managed to navigate through the burnout and spillover occurring in the cells.
Managed and lead different internal projects at OpenCraft.
Both of the projects consisted of a team of 2 software engineers whom were lead across the product's roadmap and expectations.
The internal projects were projects related to productivity and asynchronous sprint planning management.
These projects were pitched in order to solve the problems I uncovered as a sprint planning manager.
Mentored multiple newcomers throughout their onboarding process.
Created different tutorials to help members better plan their sprints using new tools.
Proposed and successfully achieved an internal Developer Advocate role which would focus on the problems regarding productivity and burnout, mainly.
Organized different 1-to-1 calls with various members throughout the company to ensure the struggles they had related to burn-out and compensation were heard.
Proposed and successfully achieved improvements to the team compensation. Accordingly, ensured the retention of multiple senior software engineers considering leaving OpenCraft.
Proposed and successfully helped start an initiative across the company to collect team pain points.
Provided more changes to improve the productivity of the asynchronous sprint planning process according to feedback.
Proposed an improvement to better scale the company in order to reduce burnout across cells.
Lead the development on Autodesk Certification's initial backend. The project went on for 8 months approximately, where I handled architecting solutions for Autodesk's requests and for extending the Open edX Platform without causing any code drift or technical debt. Lead a team of 4 to 6 software engineers across Autodesk's specified roadmap. Reviewed, challenged, and provided constructive feedback to different solutions created by the software engineers.
Converted different segments of code from Java to Kotlin, while implementing different bug fixes and features.
Significantly contributed to the initial released version of the Anghami lyrics user experience.
Helped resolve different bugs in the Anghami android application.
In addition, I helped create the initial version of the Anghami Artists android application.
Assisted with creating fast and efficient solutions for different real life problems or tasks. This work heavily relied on scripting solutions that can help save me some time from doing the tasks manually.

In addition, worked on android mobile applications for clients.
During that time, I worked on 2 projects for local startups and few web pages for local businesses. The most important project I worked on was building an entire online learning website along with document storage and online quizzing. Also created and maintained open source libraries.
I worked on some mobile applications and games that are available on the Google Play Store. Some of the applications have found great success, as JSide has exceeded 10,000 downloads.
